Our responsibility was to design and build new businesses with new revenue streams that related to flexible work. We built and managed in-market prototypes with offerings of corporate coworking, offsite meetings and trainings, as well as corporate shared project team space. The focus was to build an experience, where we helped individuals and teams to not only perform better, but to be happier in their work situations. We Iterated the business model to fully understand the opportunities, risks and customer needs. We built a team to deliver on an experienced based brand, managing double digit growth and capturing insights.
